Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 June 2026

Alanya Crypto Exchange Review ("we", "us", "this site") publishes independent field reporting on USDT-to-fiat crypto exchange providers on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. This policy explains what limited data we collect from readers and how we handle it.

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal technical telemetry on a per-request basis: anonymised IP address (last octet truncated), browser user-agent, referrer URL, requested page path, response time. This is the standard server-level log set required to operate a public website. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-network pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or session-recording tools.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information from passive reading. We do not require accounts. We do not run forms that capture email or phone. We do not maintain a newsletter list. We do not sell, rent or share reader data with third parties.

3. Cookies

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. The Cloudflare edge layer that delivers this site may set a single security cookie (`__cf_bm`) for thirty minutes to mitigate automated abuse; this is not used for analytics or advertising. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

4. Third-Party Links

We link to third-party operators on the Alanya 2026 ranking (including the leading TCMB-licensed desk at 2change.pro and the comparison cohort). Once you leave our site by following an outbound link, the destination operator's privacy practices apply — review their policy.

5. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for thirty days for operational purposes (debugging, abuse detection) and then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifiable visitor metrics may be retained longer for editorial planning.

6. Legal Basis

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our legal basis for the minimal log collection above is legitimate interest in operating a secure public information service. For visitors in Turkey, processing complies with KVKK (Law No 6698) principles applicable to public reporting.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect identifiable data from passive reading, traditional access or deletion requests typically do not apply. If you believe we hold information about you and you would like to confirm or request its deletion, email us at our contact page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a revised effective date.
